I HATE TESTS! (But I Want High Scores)

Dr. B’s forthcoming book is a toolbox for reducing test stress and enhancing test performance. The book includes a self-diagnostic inventory, checklists, worksheets, and gives explicit coaching on using Dr. B’s 3-legged stool model to stay calm, confident and focused throughout the testing process --- from studying and preparing for a test to actually taking it. Special sections on oral exams, tips for teachers and parents, goal setting. This book is applicable to all kinds of tests – from high school courses and SATs through professional licensing exams.

These CDs are available individually and as a set. On each CD Dr. B offers the exercises he has designed to reduce stress and improve performance.
The CDs are designed to use in the car, or can be downloaded to an i-pod.
These highly interactive CD’s are a training in using the nine core tools of Dr. B’s model. They an be used over and over again to reinforce one’s understanding and use of the tools.

STICKERS

In his talks around the country Dr. B has a humorous, yet right-to-the-point approach by using stickers he’s designed for interpersonal situations at home and in the office. The two most popular are “PRIZED!” and “NOT MOM”. Use “PRIZED!” when you want to appreciate someone for a job well done (including appreciating yourself!). Use “NOT MOM” when someone else thinks you’re going to clean up after them. It’s a great way to set boundaries and make a point: “I’m not your mother!” In addition, Dr. B will produce custom designed stickers to serve your individual need to say something with humor.
