  • What are performance issues athletes deal with?

    Common performance issues for athletes include….

    • not performing up to potential

    Any of these issues can affect an athlete and can cause his or her stress to build and performance to suffer.  Too  much stress has a negative effect on performance

    When an athlete is not performing up to his or her potential, or suffers from performance anxiety, or experiences a loss of confidence or lack of motivation here isn’t time during a game or meet to stop and correct the  problem.

    Dr. B teaches an easy-to-use system of nine core tools for maintaining on-the-spot top performance in the field, on the court, or in the pool.  When tension, loss of confidence, or distraction get in the way during an athletic event the athlete has to know how to ellminate or minimize these immediately. That’s what Dr. B teaches.
